HAYLO People are experts in Personal Injury and General Insurance recruitment, we are partnered with a leading and well-established Insurer who are expanding and have significant growth plans for 2024.In this 12-month max term role, you will be responsible for delivering a high-level customer service to support people through the property and motor claims process.
The role:
- Guide and coach team members, fostering capability development and learning opportunities.
- Balance and monitor performance priorities, creating a collaborative and engaging team environment.
- Oversee day-to-day team operations, providing support to the Operations Manager.
- Manage stakeholder relationships, addressing concerns, handling escalations, and making critical decisions on claims based on policies, regulations, and company guidelines
- Insurance industry experience from claims, sales and service or retention
- Proven hands-on leadership skills, with a passion for empowering individuals
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to handle complaints, escalations, and effective problem-solving.
- Proficient in reporting and analysis to enhance team performance, identify trends, and support strategic decisions.
- $90,000- $100,000 + Super
