About the Role
As a Cleaning Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our facilities are impeccably maintained, creating a pristine and welcoming environment for clients and staff alike. You will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily operations of our cleaning team, developing and implementing effective cleaning schedules and procedures, and maintaining high standards of hygiene and cleanliness. Your leadership will drive efficiency and excellence, as you manage resources, train staff, and conduct quality inspections to ensure every corner shines. Responsibilities
- Attend sites and conduct monthly Audits scoring commercial sites using IMS software ensuring cleaner performance
- Monthly visits to sites and client engagement and email follow up
- Manage and monitor stock levels & orders
- Mobilise and manage ad hoc works, and emergencies
- Create relevant documents and reports to deliver information
- OnboardManage/Train new cleaners upon site cleaner changes
