This company prides themselves on the ability to stage memorable experiences, backed by a passionate team of professionals in event management, AV, food & beverages, IT, and administration. The venue boasts several recently renovated spaces, from small to large scale events. Your new role You will be responsible for overseeing the cleanliness and hygiene of the facilities, ensuring the large corporate/commercial site is always presentable and welcoming. Your duties will include managing the cleaning staff made up of 6-10 team members and assisting with supporting contractors when required. With the support of supervisors, you will coordinate all daily cleaning tasks, manage inventory and ensure all cleaning standards are met. What you'll need to succeed To be successful in this role, you will need:
Proven experience as a Cleaning Manager.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Strong understanding of commercial cleaning machinery and chemicals
Excellent attention to detail.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
A commitment to maintaining high cleaning standards.
