We are seeking a skilled Human Resources Manager to oversee all aspects of HR practices and processes within our cleaning services company. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and workplace relations activities.
Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and monitor HR strategies aligned with business needs
Manage recruitment and selection processes
Develop and implement performance management policies
Train and advise managers on personnel and workplace relations matters
Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
Maintain accurate HR records and monitor employment costs
Implement performance management systems
Stay up-to-date with HR trends and best practices
Requirements:
Proven work experience as an HR Manager, preferably in the cleaning services industry
Solid understanding of HR functions and best practices
Knowledge of Australian employment laws and regulations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and leadership abilities
