Cleansing Team Leader

We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Cleansing Team Leader to oversee our dedicated team of cleansing professionals. The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader with a passion for promoting cleanliness and who takes pride in their work. You will lead the upkeep of a high-profile Sydney CBD park.

Hourly rates are dependent on experience.

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the Cleansing Team, including street sweeping, waste collection, and litter removal.
• Lead cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure efficient and thorough coverage of designated areas.
• Train and mentor team members on proper sanitation techniques, equipment operation, and safety protocols.
• Conduct regular inspections of work sites to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, equipment maintenance, and inventory levels.
