An exciting opportunity is available to join the team supporting Financial Advisers with a broad range of client administrative tasks as well as taking a lead role in coordinating the regular client events for the Wealth Management team.
Typical duties will see your time spent across:
- Management of client events, including invite distribution and tracking; venue and catering coordination, and marketing support for events.
- Administration support to Financial Advisers, ensuring requirements for new client onboarding have been met, as well as support in the production of quarterly client updates.
- Manage audit and compliance check list for client files.
- Ad hoc office administration projects such as coordinating internal events and acting as a liaison with marketing and IT etc.
The Successful Candidate:
We are seeking individuals with exceptional organisational skills. You will have experience with the coordination and attendance of multiple professional / corporate events. This may come from an Administration / Team Assistant style role in a similar corporate background (Financial Services, Accounting, Legal etc) with exposure to events.
Above all, you will be highly organised and capable of prioritising and juggling multiple projects at any one time. Your attention to detail will be second to none, and your communication skills will be impeccable. You will be intermediate with Microsoft Office.
