We have a fantastic opportunity for a full time, Client Logistics Coordinator within the Get A Grip Tyres and Fleet Team. This position is responsible for arranging effective and efficient stock and service arrangements for our customers. This role is a fast paced, customer centric position, ideally this would be suited to a candidate with Tyre knowledge and strong attention to detail and who likes to build relationships internally and externally.
The role will see you day to day:
• Processing daily job dockets from service fitters
• Invoicing customers and ensuring charges are correct
• Sending quotes to customers
• Requesting and following up on purchase orders from customers
• Completing internal stock transfers to ensure inventory levels are accurate
• Working with the warehouse team and ensuring orders are dispatched & delivered on time
• Liaising with customers over e-mail & phone
• Liaising with branches and internal stakeholders
• Reporting stock usage
• Booking of Fleet Services

What you will bring:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a client centric role within the mining, transport and logistics industries.
- Demonstrated experience in invoicing, quoting and purchase orders.
- Excellent communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to be agile and flexible, manage stress and multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Strong competency in software systems.
