Our Client is an established Wealth Management company currently seeking a skilled Client Relationship Manager to join their team in a full time position. This position offers a challenging but rewarding workplace and opportunity. Working closely with clients and stakeholders.
In this role you will:
- Build ongoing Client Relationships with clients ,vinvestors, VCs and any other relevant stakeholders.
- Manage client onboarding and transitions, including data cleansing and communications.
- Educate clients on our processes and best practices. This includes providing platform training and demonstrations where applicable.
- Engage with clients to understand the nature of their business and guide them as to what tools would benefit them.
- Manage communications through phone and email from clients and their investors.
- Support operations as required (e.g. as key point of contact for managing client transactions, reviewing and reconciling reports etc).
To be successful in this position you will have:
- Financial Markets Experience (Registry services highly desirable)
- Strong customer service with a pragmatic approach
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Data skills, ability to sort and cleanse company corporation action history data. (Excel skills highly desirable)
- Ability to work in an unstructured fast paced environment.
- Attention to detail, accuracy with data entry.
- Technology focused.
