Training will include a Certificate 4 in Finance and Mortgage Broking with the intention of moving through to Diploma in Finance and Mortgage Broking Management when the time is right. Role and Responsibility
- Deal directly with clients processing and managing loan applications from early in the process right up until settlement ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience
- Understanding lender policies and requirements and ensuring applications are meeting minimum standards
- Liasing with clients, solicitors, real estate agents, builders and developers keeping all parties up to date throughout the transaction
- Pro-actively managing workload and timelines to ensure key dates are being met
- Being a valued part of a small team that works together towards a common goal. One in all in!
Essential Skills and Qualifications
- Strong people skills with a genuine care for client focused outcomes
- Finance or lending experience preferred
- Positive and energetic attitude
- Passion for property and finance
- Ability to work well as part of a team
- High standard of work and attention to detail

The role will be based form the Sunshine Coast office which is currently in Noosa ideally 5 days per week with flexibility possible to assist with a healthy work / life balance. We look forward to welcoming the successful applicant to the team.
