As the Client Relationship Manager, you will be the first point of contact when it comes to onboarding new clients as well as managing a portfolio of existing clients.
Within a typical day, you will be speaking with existing clients to ensure that they are up to date to the software offerings, providing training sessions online and winning-back clients who have been in-active to ensure they are utilitising the platform to its full potential.
The Role:
- Onboarding new clients and providing platform demonstration and training
- Providing ongoing support & training with existing client base to ensure they are using their software to its maximum potential
- Slow down client attrition through ensuring they understand all features of the platform
- Calling clients who have left the platform to win-back business
About You:
- Highly organised and experienced with managing your own portfolio of clients/accounts
- Technical aptitude to navigate problems
- Big of relationship building!
- Proven sales abilities to win-back clients
- Help Desk or experience within the legal/property space highly desirable but not essential
