The Role
Due to the expansion of our Financial Planning team, we are seeking a productive and capable Client Service Officer to join our firm. The appropriate candidate will take pride in their work, provide professional client-centric service to a client base, and demonstrate high-level support to our Advisory.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-level support to our Directors/ Client Advisers
- Prepare and/ or collate client documentation
- Process implementations for new and existing clients
- Lodge LOAs and complete data collection
- Liaise with fund managers, brokers, share registries, etc
- Issue and manage workflow tasks
- Oversee and manage the following for the relevant clients:
- Ongoing Engagements
- Fee Disclosure Statements
About You
- Minimum of two years’ experience
- Experience in Xplan is essential
- Demonstrate a client-centric approach
- Ability to work autonomously and productively
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to work to deadlines
- A high level of attention to detail
