About the Role:
As a Client Service Officer at Bountiful Wealth, you will play a vital role in our business by:
- Implementing Statement of Advice/Record of Advice documents.
- Completing, lodging, processing, and following up on client's investment, superannuation, pension, and insurance applications.
- Monitoring applications and maintaining communication with providers/clients until completion.
- Managing investments in Direct shares and managed funds.
- Assisting clients with Centrelink nominee access, applications, and updates.
- Handling client Insurance claims and Deceased estate claims.
- Accurately updating information in our client management system (Xplan).
- Performing typical administration and customer service responsibilities.
- Assisting advisers with client queries.
Skills and Experience:
To excel in this role, you should possess:
- The ability to operate in a high-paced environment with unwavering attention to detail.
- Preferred knowledge of Xplan or similar software.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
- A strong sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on our company's success.
- General knowledge of the field of Financial planning.
