The Role
Due to an expansion of our services, we are seeking a full-time experienced Client Services Administration Officer (QA Results) to join our friendly team at Welshpool.
The role includes varied administrative duties to ensure medical results are processed to the highest standards. It is envisaged that the successful candidate will have strong administrative skills, a keen eye for detail, an understanding of medical terminology and ideally have previous experience in the health care sector. Full training and support will be given to the successful applicant.
Duties include:
- coordinating and organising pre-employment medical assessments and documentation;
- providing non-clinical patient care e.g. dealing with requests for information, test results etc;
- ensuring all medical information is securely uploaded and stored;
- monitoring emails and telephone calls;
- reporting on client KPI's.
Skills and Experience
It is envisaged that the successful applicant will possess:
- experience in a healthcare setting or similar administrative role;
- medical receptionist experience with Best Practice or similar medical software;
- Administration experience in the occupational health sector;
- an understanding of pre-employment medical assessments;
- Professional approach;
- Organisational and time management skills;
- Excellent attention to detail;
- Sound IT competency in Microsoft Office suite;
- A willingness to learn new software applications and processes.
