Due to movement in the business, a role now exists with this long-established online service-comparison firm in Melbourne. Partnering with real-estate organisations around Australia, this company provides much-loved free service to property owners who are looking to sell or rent their properties.
Even though this role falls within the Sales realm, for all intents and purposes it is a valuable problem-solving service for warm, pre-solicited customers. If you are a good listener, knowledgeable, and can establish a respectful rapport with all types of customers, then kicking goals will come naturally. KPIs are focused around conversions rather than call times, so you can concentrate of customer satisfaction rather than your phone stats. It’s very refreshing, and reflects the mature & professional nature of the team.
The skills & experience we are looking for are:
Demonstrated strong sales & customer service background
Outstanding communication & interpersonal skills
Industry experience in Real Estate helps!
High attention to detail and listening/problem solving ability
The available position is permanent, with normal working hours of 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. Based on the South/East city fringe. The team is fun loving and hard-working, with regular recognition of great work done, along with video-game gamification for personal goals, trivia nights and family days. Even though the company has been around for over 15 years, there’s very much a dynamic startup vibe, with high fives and new ideas every day.
