The Role
We are looking for a professional, enthusiastic individual, with excellent communication skills to provide phone, email and administrative support to new and existing customers. The position is varied and includes scheduling inspections and some data entry.
About You
- You have previous experience in customer service
- You are a clear and concise communicator, with a professional phone manner, and an effective listener, with a patient approach.
- You are task orientated with time management skills and the ability to manage your own workload.
- You take pride in your work by demonstrating attention to detail and accurate data entry skills,
- You are a team player with enthusiasm for knowledge sharing, and the demonstrated ability and drive to work collaboratively with your team.
- You can make/ receive inbound and outbound calls: Ensuring our clients are well looked after and communication is transparent and professional
