Client Coordinator

This is a Fixed Term Part Time appointment at 0.5 FTE until 30/06/2024, with the possibility of extension(s).

 Please note that this position is shared between Kojonup (2 days a week) and Katanning (0.5 day a week).

Whilst this selection process will initially be used to fill the above vacancy, it may also be used to fill other "similar" vacancies throughout the health service. In addition to this, should the successful applicant decline or vacate the advertised vacancy, then the next most suitable applicant may also be selected from this process. Both of these options remain valid for a period of twelve (12) months from when the authorised delegate endorses the recruitment decision.

Position Profile:  We are seeking a Client Coordinator to join our team. You will assist the Senior Client Coordinator in planning, developing, coordinating, and implementing individual packages of home care services, for frail aged and younger disabled people and their carers, to maintain their independence at home and in the community.
