Form of workAlvia is looking for an engaging, attentive and organised Client Services Manager to join our growing boutique investment management business, based in our Brisbane office.
The CSM will be responsible for providing exceptional Client Services, timely reporting, relationship management, client administration and record-keeping, and maintaining effective communication with clients.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities- Facilitate the development, distribution and enhancement of client reports.
- Develop and implement effective client service strategies to acquire, retain, and grow client relationships.
- Manage the client onboarding process and other administrative tasks.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and presentation materials.
- Foster personalised engagement through targeted communications and client events.
- First line of contact for client queries, meetings and information requests.
- Support and administration of private market transactions, including the bookbuild process.
- Participation in relevant Investment Team meetings.
- Organised and able to consistently meet deadlines
- Self-motivated with excellent interpersonal skills
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- A commitment to delivering exceptional client service outcomes
- Exhaustive attention to detail
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to work autonomously
- Minimum 4-6 years’ experience in Financial Services, with direct client management responsibilities.
- Preferably an undergraduate degree in finance, marketing, commerce or similar.
