What will you be doing?
Starting as our newest Client Account Manager in a typical day you will:
- Set up marketing automation for new clients in our CRM “ZipLeads” (training provided and previous experience is not required)
- Show new clients how to use their account in ZipLeads
- Contribute to team meetings regarding our own marketing and client retention strategies
- Support clients via email, chat support, and Zoom meetings
- Create and adjust pages in our ZipLeads Page Building tools (no coding skills required)
- Create Facebook Ads for our fitness business clients (training provided)
- Progress to coaching our clients in basic digital marketing strategies (e.g. Facebook Ads)
- Note: We will train you in these skills including comprehensive training in ZipLeads and Facebook Ads. Prior experience is not required.
Ultimately it's a range of tasks related to marketing automations and customer service.

This is a full time position at our Wallsend office with our hybrid 'work from home' schedule where we work from home on Mondays and Fridays.
