SalaryWe are currently recruiting for a Clinical Advisor for a not for profit organisation based in the Tweed Heads area – this role would be to provide clinical leadership and guidance to a team of Support Coordinators and other staff who provide non-clinical assertive outreach services for people who have recently attempted suicide.
Details of the role:
- Full Time role (part time hours would be considered)
- $100-120k plus super and salary packaging
- Initially a 4 month contract until the end of the financial year – with the possibility of extension
- Support and training provided
- Work alongside a great team with senior managerial support
- Role based out of Tweed Heads, covering the Far North and Northern NSW areas.
This organisation is a large, well established not for profit who provide a range of services to vulnerable communities across NSW. They work in the mental health area, where they run a number of programs aimed at supporting people who are facing mental health challenges. They also support older people and NDIS participants through their other work.
Duties:
- Manage, coach, and support the team via training, supervision and performance management.
- Provide clinical input, consultation (as needed) and oversee clinical decision-making relating to client care and plans in consultation with relevant stakeholders
- Develop and support a high performing team to deliver quality services and support for those who have recently attempted suicide
- Maintain relationships with key stakeholders and other organisations
- Help to oversee the running of the program
- It is essential to come from a Clinical Background – we’re looking for someone who is either an AHPRA registered Psychologist, Nurse or Occupational Therapist, or an AASW registered Social Worker
