About the Role:

We are currently working with a highly regarded NFP Aged Care home in the Northern Rivers and Grafton area in the search for a Clinical Care Coordinator.
  
This excellent management entry role is perfect for a Registered Nurse starting their leadership journey.
  

• Work for a Highly regarded NFP Residential Aged Care home 
• Permanent Full Time position (Thursday > Monday)
• Lead the RNs and Care staff over the weekend and in conjunction with the management team 
• Seeking an experienced Registered Nurse with sound clinical experience and great leadership skills

About you:

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
• Minimum 4 years experience in Aged Care  
• Strong clinical knowledge and leadership skills 
• Valid Drivers Licence 
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
