We proudly serve Ground Handlers, Airlines, and Airports worldwide, delivering top-tier solutions that keep the aviation industry moving smoothly.Responsibilities:As an Accounts Administrator, you will be responsible for a range of tasks to support the efficient operation of our finance department. Key responsibilities include:Assist with data cleansing in preparing for SAP implementation in NovemberAssist with Accounts Receivable and Accounts PayableAssist with Fixed Assets and with renewal of motor vehicle registrations.Assist with Employee Credit Card ClaimsRaise and process invoices accurately and in a timely manner.Journal PostingsMaintain records and assist in the management of fixed assets.Balance Sheet Reconciliations.Baseware Expense ApprovalsCorporate Travel expenses reconciliationManage recharging of transport expenses.Requirements:Previous experience in a similar role is highly desirable.Familiarity with financial systems, particularly ELC (similar to Great Plains) and Baseware for PO approvals, is ideal.Strong organisational and multitasking skills.Attention to detail and accuracy in financial data processing.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.How to Apply: Interested candidates are invited to submit their resume and cover letter though SEEK by 30th April 2024
