An opportunity has arisen for an outstanding Sales and Customer service orientated team member with an infectious personality to work as the Club Managerin a local community-focused gym Located at our Brighton Club

  • Customer service focused, aiming for the best outcome for both the member and the gym.
  • Be sales driven in working towards KPI's & monthly targets.
  • Excellent verbal & written skills
  • You love health and fitness and are passionate about helping people!
  • Tech-savvy! Anytime Fitness has market-leading Apps to help our members, so you’ll need to be handy with online platforms, social media and a smartphone.
  • Able to promote the gym, whilst having fun & achieving high sales targets daily.

As our Club Manager, you are the face our members see every day. Using your passion and exceptional customer service experience, we want you to create a fun and non-intimidating atmosphere for all members.  

Some of your responsibilities will include:

  • New memberships: following sales processes to convert prospect enquiries into membership sales.
  • Follow up inbound sales queries via email, phone, CRM database & social media
  • Completing customer service activities; including responding to member enquiries and service calls.
  • Work within our group to inspire the team to achieve their goals and KPI's.
  • Tidying & cleaning the gym floor and maintaining the club standards, not limited to but including the ability to adhere to strict Covid-19 safe management plans as well as spending general floor time talking to members and creating a friendly community-based environment.
  • Work with the PT team and staff to create video & photo content for the Social Media pages such as fitness tips, health tips, training & technique guides & update our social media page.
  • Accurately track your daily activity across multiple Microsoft Excel spreadsheets and reports.


The role is full-time, primarily Mon-Fri with the occasional Sat and you must have the following or be able to obtain:

  • First Aid/CPR
  • Working with Children’s Check DCSI
  • Police Clearance

Previous customer service and sales experience in retail or similar sectors is highly desirable.

Proficiency in using computers and social media platforms is a must.
