The Company

The Role
Taking a soft approach, you will utilise your customer service and collections experience to assist with general collection activity and negotiate payments on behalf of clients.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Make outbound calls to debtors to resolve account management and payment issues
- Respond to external and internal customer enquiries
- Provide excellent customer service in a timely manner
- Problem solve and investigate complex problems
- Arrange and process overdue payments
- Supporting customers by identifying and addressing each situation differently
What experience is required?
The successful candidate will require the following:
- Previous experience with credit and collections would be highly desirable
- Excellent negotiation and relationship building skills
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Exceptional listening and problem solving skills
- Resilient, organised and a positive attitude
