Your Role;
As a Collections Officer, you'll be the voice behind successful debt recovery, making both inbound and outbound calls to customers. Embrace the fast-paced office-based environment, where your time efficiency and target-driven mindset will shine. Your responsibilities will include;
- Educating customer based on their individual financial circumstances
- Maintaining a detailed log of interactions
- Adhering to a schedule for maximum productivity
- Detailed and accurate file action notes for all interactions
- Comply with client & company policies & procedures
About You;

- Are targets-driven and time-efficient
- Hold Australian Citizenship, due to clearance requirements.
- Have intermediate computer skills, comfortable operating across 2 monitors while speaking on the phone
- Office based role – 5 days per week
