SalaryFirst things first, the business I'm hiring for are effectively a Fin-tech start up/scale up that provide an invoicing payments platform that allows businesses to free up their cash flow as and when its needed. This enables their customers to have confidence their own invoices are being paid and also free up their time by not having to chase up customer payments. These guys do all that for them.
Who this role could be for?So this is where you would come in. The role is to follow up with your clients customers and organise payment of any outstanding invoices. You will use your fantastic phone based communication skills to uncover reasons behind payment delays, ultimately acting like you are a detective to get to the bottom of things and work with your clients customers to come to the correct solution.
Your background could be:
- Someone looking to start a career in a start up/scale up environment that is ever changing and growing in the Finance - technology (FinTech) space
- Someone who takes pride in providing a professional service, but isn't afraid of picking up the phone and having a prickly conversation every now and again.
