The Role
As the Commercial Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in driving our company’s growth and success. Working closely with the Commercial Project and Credit Management teams to establish and negotiate commercial opportunities.

• Manage, review, and evaluate the commercial elements of complex project contracts for Utility and Commercial.
• Lead the contract negotiation while liaising internally with the different stakeholders (legal, finance, compliance, technical, etc.) for the different parts of the contract.
• Collaborate and communicate with cross-functional teams during contract negotiations.
• Draft and manage contractual responses and variations in conjunction with the project scope.
• Conduct contract risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate risks.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in contract management.

You

• A tertiary degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
• 2+ years of proven experience dealing with complex project contracts.
• Previous experience in the renewable energy, electrical, construction or mining sectors.
• Extensive knowledge on contract coordination, contract law and legal regulations.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within teams.
• Excellent attention to detail, analytical abilities and able to multitask.
