ABOUT THE ROLE
- Reviewing and preparing contracts and settlement documents to effect business acquisitions/disposal, including running your client matters.
- Responding to/managing client and stakeholder enquiries and collaborating with clients to understand their unique needs, offering expert legal advice and solutions tailored to their business goals.
- Drive M&A processes from inception to completion, providing legal expertise and strategic guidance.
- Conduct thorough due diligence on behalf of clients to identify potential legal issues and risks associated with transactions.
- Contribute to file management, enhance process efficiencies, and play a key role in business initiatives and growth strategies.
- Participate in marketing activities like crafting Instagram content and writing blog articles to share our legal expertise.
- Provide guidance and support to other team members.
ABOUT YOU
You:
- Have a minimum of 4 years’ PAE with commercial experience.
- Desire a non-traditional law firm environment.
- Have an entrepreneurial, collaborative spirit and an aptitude for self-learning.
- Are proactive, self-motivated and eager to learn new skills.
- Are comfortable adopting new technologies for enhanced practices.
