I am currently recruiting for a permanent, full-time Commercial Sales Administrator position for a company based in the Inner City within the Luxury Retail industry.
This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to the Commercial Sales team and their clients. This role requires you to liaise directly with project managers on both large and small builds. This role includes administration relating to purchase orders, returns, invoices, co-ordinating shipments, forward order updates and other administrative tasks.

Your new role
• Answer calls from external customers
• Liaise directly with commercial partners to co-ordinate a successful outcome
• Manages major accounts and ensures needs are met, inputs data into SAP and regularly communicates with clients and the internal commercial team to ensure high operating standards are upheld.
• Liaises with procurement and sales teams to forecast stock, study market and customer trends, provide general office support and source alternative solutions to deliver on customer expectations.
• Provide customers with accurate product information
• Achieve and maintain excellent product knowledge
• Invoicing Australia wide
• Arrange and co-ordinate deliveries from warehouses
• Updating orders and time schedules
• Promptly deal with stock and logistics challenges, both internal and external, in an efficient and effect manner.
• Paperwork such as filing, invoicing, returns and placing orders
• Keep up to date and respond to enquires in a timely manner
• Suggest and co-ordinate stock alternatives on new orders
• Follow up a weekly inconsistency report on orders and deliveries
• Cross-check consignment notes to invoices and email selected customers with relevant invoices for payment when needed
What you'll need to succeed
- Prior experience of supplying new and high-rise developers and builders would be desired but not mandatory.
- Must be a team player within a small team
