Commercial Trust Accountant | Paying Up To $100,000 + Super

Our client is a leading Commercial Agency in the Western Suburbs. With a strong market presence & reputable brand, they are continuing to grow rapidly! This is an opportunity to work with a team that is collaborative, innovative & passionate. 

The Role:

• • Receipting
  • 650 industrial properties
  • Reconciliation of Rental Accounts
  • Entering creditor invoices such council/water etc. and scanning invoices
  • Processing Landlord Payments/ Statements
  • Creditor Payments
  • Manage BPay EFT and cheque payments
  • Manage bonds, including lodgement
  • Disbursing bond refunds to tenants
   Monthly
  
  • Issuing Tenant Tax Invoices
  • EOM reconciliations for Rental Trust Accounts, including rollover in Re-Leased and producing EOM reporting as required by legislation
  Annually
  
  • Preparing EOFY statements for Landlords
  • Preparing annual budgeted outgoings for retail tenants and forecasting 
  • Arrange and support annual Trust Account audit
  Other
  
  • Running the Accounts Department efficiently
  • General client assistance and team support with any financial issues
  • Problem-solving with accounts issues

The Candidate: 

• The ideal candidate will have Commercial Trust accounts experience
• Experience with Re-Leased, Xero, REST/MRI
• The willingness to learn, adapt & grow within the business
• High attention to detail & excellent communication skills
• Strong written & verbal communication skills
• Real Estate Certificate / License preferred
• Team player attitude, happy to assist where necessary
