Looking for the next step in your Marketing and Communications career? We are seeking a highly-organised and enthusiastic team player to support the external communications, customer engagement and promotional activities for NSW Land Registry Services.
This position would suit a marketing generalist with 2-3 years’ experience in a similar B2B role, who can effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support the delivery of NSW LRS’ strategic objectives. Reporting to the Director, Corporate Affairs and Marketing, the role benefits from senior mentorship and guidance to ensure effective customer Communications and engagement for the Corporate Services team and the Customer Growth team.
Responsibilities
- Provide general marketing and communications support to the Corporate Affairs and Marketing team in line with corporate brand and stakeholder expectations.
- Assist in the development of marketing collaterals, advertising materials, tradeshow materials and other promotional activities.
- Develop and execute marketing and communications campaigns and measure performance to ensure efficient use of marketing spend.
- Ensure all external communications / presentations align with brand and reputation objectives.
- Support the execution of sponsorships and events as required, including end-to-end event coordination, collateral development and organisation of merchandise.
- Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders, including external creative agencies to develop B2B communications that support growth initiatives.
- Draft announcements, manage setup, approvals and reporting for all email marketing, webinars and communications distributed to the subscriber lists.
Required Experience
- Degree qualifications in marketing, communications, or equivalent.
- 2-3 years’ demonstrated experience in an equivalent role, preferably within a B2B or highly-regulated environment.
- Experience preparing written communication and Marketing collateral.
- Experience delivering communications projects and campaigns.
- Demonstrated experience working with email marketing platforms essential (e.g. Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar).
- Experience with event coordination, e.g. conferences, exhibitions, functions or similar.
- Ability to communicate effectively and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to produce materials (e.g. graphic designers / creative agencies).
- Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft suite.
- Experience using Canva or similar online graphic design platform would be beneficial.
