About the role
- Ongoing full-time vacancy. 35 hours per week.
- Location: Sydney CBD. Flexible and remote working options available.
- Clerk Grade: 5/6. Base salary $93,295 pa to $102,941 pa plus super and annual leave loading.
We have an exciting opportunity within the Customer Experience division. This role focuses on improving customer and employee experience. Join our Customer Engagement team and support the team in developing and delivering engaging internal and external communications initiatives and strategies.

The Customer Experience division provides a wide range of specialist support across NSW Trustee and Guardian divisions including customer advocacy support, service design, business development, marketing, brand, communications, and media services.

The role works within the Customer Engagement team and provides support to deliver a range of engaging communications initiatives, strategies, and projects, internally and externally. The role collaborates with key stakeholders to provide specialist advice and guidance that leads to improved customer and internal communications outcomes.

About you
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and attributes:
- Motivated, results-driven and creative communications specialist who can support the delivery of communications initiatives by helping others understand customer perspectives, issues and opportunities
- Passionate about creating communications that connect, engage, and inspire people to think differently and act
- Work collaboratively to build rapport and relationships with a wide range of stakeholders
- Experienced in internal communications outputs such as newsletters, intranet articles and CEO updates across multiple channels, including digital content
- Able to work independently and manage competing priorities to deliver work outputs that build brand reputation, support continuous improvement, and drive positive customer experience outcomes

Essential requirements
- Tertiary qualifications and/or equivalent knowledge, skills and experience working within the services sector, professional and or community focussed areas across a diverse range of customer groups.
