Managing eight listed investment companies (LICs) on the ASX and with funds under management exceeding $5 billion, we represent over 130,000 retail investors, making waves in the industry as the creator and lead supporter of the first LICs to deliver both investment and social returns (Future Generation Australia and Future Generation Global).Reporting to the Head of Corporate Affairs and Marketing, our Communications Coordinator, will be part of a growing best in class shareholder engagement, marketing and corporate communications team.Key responsibilitiesThis full time position offers an excellent opportunity for a creative and organised individual to contribute to the growth of our shareholder engagement and corporate communications function.· Writing and editing: write and edit content to showcase and raise Wilson Asset Management and the investment team’s profile and expertise to key stakeholders.· Shareholder engagement: Assist with creating and delivering compelling shareholder letters, email campaigns and support with shareholder calls, events and other presentations.· Reporting communications: Assist in preparing regular corporate communications including media releases, monthly NTA documents, annual and interim reports.· Marketing and communications materials: Assist in the development of marketing collateral, including presentations, brochures, newsletters, and presentations.· Reporting and Analysis: Generate regular reports on marketing performance metrics, such as website traffic, social media engagement, email campaigns and event attendance. Provide insights to improve marketing strategies.· Administrative Tasks and General Support: Handle day-to-day administrative tasks related to marketing activities including maintaining marketing databases such as Pardot lists and the CRM.· Event Coordination: Assist in the planning and execution of events, webinars, and conferences. Help with logistics and support the communications efforts.· Market Research: Help with identifying and reporting to the team on competitor activities to support marketing strategies and decision-making.· Collaboration: Work closely with the Communications and Marketing teams and cross-functional divisions to gather information, provide support, and ensure consistent messaging across all marketing channels.People, culture and communication- Our purpose is to make a positive difference to shareholders, the community and each other.
