About the Opportunity
We are seeking a Communications Lead for a large transformation program involving an ERP upgrade.
What You'll Do
- Communications activities associated with implementation of Oracle Fusion (across Finance, People and Culture and Procurement)
- Business readiness and cutover communication artefacts
- Development and maintenance of all documentation required from a communications and engagement perspective for large scale transformation program
- Excellent stakeholder and engagement skills
- Pragmatic and practical approach, understand how to consolidate and position comms for an optimal people experience
- Support with broader engagement activities associated with culture, and new ways of working
- Support and focus on Finance transformation in addition to the above activities
- All relevant communications skills and experience that you would see in this type of role
With a proven track record in Communications, you bring with you experience across platform implementation, covering various business units. Your expertise includes crafting communication artifacts for business readiness, cutover processes, and comprehensive documentation for large-scale transformation programs.
Your stakeholder management and engagement skills are exemplary, coupled with a pragmatic approach that optimises the people experience.
Your proficiency extends to broader engagement activities related to culture and new ways of working. Notably, your focus on transformation adds a strategic dimension to your role. Your well-rounded communication skills and experiences make you a valuable asset for successfully driving and navigating transformative initiatives.
