About the Role
- As the Project Change and Communications Lead, you will be responsible for all project related communications, ensuring all communication is executed in accordance with Queensland Government's Project Change and communication practices.
- Develop and execute change management and transition plans relevant to the project.
- Work collaboratively to identify and mitigate any risk associated with the project in accordance with relevant risk mitigation strategies.
- Develop learning and development plans in collaboration with other management and provide insightful input into learning and development design.
- 5+ years of relevant change management experience.
- Possess formal training in current change management methodology strategies at a large project level.
- Excellent communication skills, with relevant experience engaging with stakeholders and higher management.
- Previous government experience is highly regarded.
