We're seeking a dedicated Communications Manager / Comms & Change Lead to drive our strategic marketing plans, ensuring successful product adoption, and collaborating across teams to meet our business goals.Role Highlights:The Comms & Change Lead will support and co-ordinate development of processes to support teams, maintenance of the knowledge repositories, and maintenance of the guides and templates where required.Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting Senior managers as Secretariat
- Schedule and coordinate regular communications from Dropbox
- Coordinate, develop and support the creation of presentation packs, including for exec presentation
- Drive efficiencies by standardising, simplifying or automating, practices or processes
- Raise and escalate issues including bottlenecks or Continuous improvement opportunities as appropriate.
- Support of the Governance checks and the related analysis and reporting of these.
- Coordinate and contribute to the periodic compilation and review of key governance KPI reports.
- Day-to-day management of the repository.
- Supporting the production of reports as required.
