Your New Role
- You will be working with a dedicated team supporting our clients across Camden, Campbelltown, parts of Wollondilly, Liverpool and Fairfield areas
- You will have the opportunity to support and and enhance the daily life of all whom you work with.
- You will have the opportunity to gain experience in service provision after a qualifying time, allowing you to connect the Right Team to clients on varied shifts including Personal Care, Domestic Assistance, Transport, Social Support, and Meal Preparation
- You will support people to live their life the way they want to, when they want to and respect them.
- Your commitment will support and respect to the needs of the clients across the area will be rewarded
- You must want to work within the sector to be a fantastic staff member
About You
Hold a Certificate III (Cert IV preferred) in Home and Community or Aged Care (or working towards)
- Aged Care Community experience Preferred
- Have had experience in a paid position working with clients
- Have a fully insured and registered vehicle and license
- Mobile phone with internet access
- Current First Aid and CPR (or willing to obtain prior to orientation)
- Must be fully vaccinated against Covid-19 including any future booster shots or a medical exemption
- Hold an NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willing to obtain prior to orientation)
- Want to work with people with disabilities or aged persons
- Live within South West Sydney local area
- Want to be in a team of caring people
- Do the right thing, even when no one’s looking
