The role: As a Community Compliance Officer – Tidy Properties, you will play a crucial role in administering and enforcing Council's regulatory functions pertaining to untidy or unsightly properties. Working closely with the coordinator, you will develop strategies, engage with property owners, and coordinate with service providers to address non-compliance with Council's Community Local Law. What you will do: Develop a comprehensive list of properties not complying with Council's Community Local Law for 'Untidy or unsightly properties.'
