AddressPrincess Alexandra (PA) Adult Mental Health Service are looking for a Community Director – Adult Mental Health Services to join their Princess Alexandra Hospital, Woolloongabba Community Health Centre team. The Community Director provides contemporary strategic and operational leadership and management for the community services of the PA Adult Mental Health Service within an expansive and/or complex environment.

About the Role
In collaboration with the Divisional Director, the role provides the coordination and responsibility for service delivery, human and material management, expertise in health care team communication, and highly developed data analysis and fiscal management to deliver safe, quality, effective, and efficient healthcare provision. The position also shapes corporate and clinical governance in partnership with the Divisional Director, Community Medical Director, and the Nursing Inpatient Nursing Director in consultation with the MSAMHS executive team. The role works collaboratively and supports the Health Service priorities and the strategic direction and vision for the service and interprofessional disciplines.
