They provide the technical certificate creations and backend compliance for a variety of activities in VEU, ESS & RET such as heat pump, lighting, solar, M&V, carbon certificates, hvac plus much more.

The position
This role of a Compliance Team Leader is a key role working closely with the Directors and General Management, you will be overseeing general compliance for the creation of the carbon credit certificates (energy savings certificates) that are produced by the company for energy projects in Heat Pump installations.
You will be working alongside other very experienced industry experts and a brand name that holds very strong place in the market with substantial years of experience and the best possible client list.
Some key responsibilities will include:
- Oversee compliance for the creation of energy savings certificates
- Ensure accurate data, documents and information is collected
- Ensuring certificate creation is correct and compliant
- Communicating with customers and clients who are the installers
- Ensuring quality assurance is followed and maintained
- Having support and guiding admin and compliance support staff
- Ensuring goals are met and maintained for certificate creation
- Respond to requests for compliance advice for incoming lodgements

To be considered for this role it is ideal that you have experience in some capacity to the certificate or related spaces where you have had exposure to the energy efficiency certificate state based schemes from the ESS, VEU or RET.
Ideally you will have an understanding of the administrative side of the certificate creation piece to do with heat pump, lighting, solar, hvac or any related process in the energy savings scheme.
The main requirements are:
- Ideally experience working with certificate schemes
- Understanding of the administrative part of energy savings certificates
- Exposed to requirements for evidence for certificate creation in the ESS
- Detail oriented and analytical skills
- Experience in quality assurance for checked and audited work
- Ability to collaborate and work with a team and staff
- Good communication skills to deal with customers
- Strong verbal and written skills
- Ability to stay abreast of industry regulations and expectations and rules set out from the governing bodies to meet compliance
- Computer and software skills
- Advantage to be exposued to heat pump, lighting, solar, hvac, ihd, heers, ipart or other related parts of the energy scheme
