ABOUT LOTTE DUTY FREE
We are currently seeking a Compliance Officer to join our Sydney Downtown store. You will be working in a fast-paced, customer centric environment with a friendly and diverse team. In this role, you are responsible for the protection of Lotte Duty Free property and assets, and provide guidance and training to Management and staff on good loss prevention practices.
Your duties will include:
- Assist in the development and implementation of loss prevention store level strategies
- Work closely with relevant Government Departments (Australian Border Force, ATO-Excise, Racing gaming liquor, Dept of Health) to ensure compliance with relevant legislation, policies and procedures
- Supervise store and warehouse stocktakes and the reporting of results
- Assist in the monitoring and implementation of business process improvements
- Ensure that security systems are maintained & are in good working order
- Review, regularly company policies and procedures to ensure compliance
- Desirable auditing or loss prevention or stock integrity controller or logistics admin
- Knowledge of physical security technology
- Ability to manage competing deadlines and provide resolution to intermediate level problems
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal & written)
- Knowledge and experience in monitoring and implementing procedures and processes
- High level of attention to detail
