The main responsibilities of the role include reviewing requisitions for goods and services submitted via the Purchase to Pay system, ensuring they comply with the Bank's policies and guidelines. The role also involves providing advice to staff and suppliers regarding requisitions and purchase orders, as well as maintaining supplier records within the Bank's Purchase to Pay system to support purchasing and corporate payment activities in accordance with policy.

Your background

To excel in this pivotal position, you should exhibit:

  • Proficient in reviewing transactional activities to guarantee adherence to policies and procedures.

  • Skilled in utilizing Purchase to Pay systems, including PeopleSoft Financials.

  • Adept at guiding stakeholders on compliance requirements, both individually and through group training sessions.

  • Well-versed in the purchase-to-pay lifecycle.

  • Competent in managing General Ledger for journal entries.

Your team

This role is part of the Finance Department. Finance Department is responsible for the Reserve Bank’s financial statements and taxation reporting obligations, prepares the Bank’s budget and provides a range of support services including: corporate payments, payroll, Procurement, and travel. Finance also manages the Bank’s Enterprise Portfolio Management Office.
