What the role looks like:
You will play a key role in the strategy and execution of paid and unpaid Digital Marketing channels across our business units. You will collaborate with stakeholders across the business to ensure our digital activity is implemented strategically and drives growth across all channels.
- Establish and execute monthly content plans for each business unit, that align with our brand pillars and deliver content across relevant channels.
- Create original content, images and videos for use across our digital platforms.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Manager and Graphic Designer to execute in-house content aligned with campaign briefs and business objectives.
- Use performance-based reporting to guide content creation strategies and prepare weekly reports.
- Manage community interactions on Social Media, responding to customer queries promptly.
- Stay up to date with laws, technology updates and best practices as well as industry trends, and offer insights and recommendations in line with the commercial strategy.
- Efficiently monitor, maintain, update and optimise website content and design, maintenance
- Create and distribute weekly EDMS relating to upcoming campaigns.
- Support Marketing Manager in generating dynamic marketing content for digital, creating flows and segmenting audiences for high engagement.
- Manage online media bookings including media publisher liaison, review and optimise advertising creative, UTM creation.
- Work closely with the Marketing Manager to create lead nurture campaigns to drive customer acquisition and retention.
About You:
- Exemplary understanding and knowledge of the digital media landscape and various platforms. experience in Google Analytics and Google Ads.
- Experience with Social Media planning, scheduling, and reporting tools.
- Experience with content capture and editing, with a focus on video.
- Excellent verbal communication and writing ability, reflecting our brand’s tone and industry-specific language. Meticulous attention to grammar and spelling. Excellent copywriting skills
- Display initiative with urgency and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
- Email and database experience working with CRM platforms such as Salesforce and Campaign Monitor. WordPress experience preferred.
- Well-developed time management, analytical and organisation skills.
- Passionate about delivering the highest quality of service to our stakeholders, along with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Problem solver and creative thinker who enjoys working collaboratively
