Perform complex technical configuration activities and associated tasks working to agreed priorities and outcome.b. Accountable for exercising assigned technical authorities and any Technical Regulatory Authority delegations.c. Demonstrate and apply knowledge and experience to develop and review technical packages.d. Apply technical knowledge and experience to identify risks and uncertainties and take these into account in planning, decision making and priority setting.e. Build and sustain positive relationships with team members, actively participate in team work and motivate and mentor developing technicians.f. Tailor communication style and language to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.g. Assess technical packages including scoping, planning and reviewing of packages and provide recommendations for consideration.h.
