We're looking for a Construction Manager, to join our Melbourne team.

As a Construction Manager, you will join the project team at our customer site located in Melbourne's southwest. This role requires someone to be based at site, Monday to Friday. Working closely with the Project Manager, you will be responsible for the management of construction planning and execution on site to achieve project objectives safely and effectively.

What you'll do
The role responsibilities include:
- Manage construction planning, execution, and safety on-site.
- Oversee construction performance and improvement.
- Coordinate overall work effort and maintain schedule and budget, expedite technical queries, liaise with site personnel and procurement team.
- Manage pre-commissioning checks.
- Highlight potential issues impacting project progress.
- Review progress claims & variations.
What you'll have
- Demonstrated experience in a similar position working on large projects.
- Successful construction management of multidisciplinary projects from a wide range of contract values and complexity.
- Strong stakeholder management skills both internally and externally.
- Located in Melbourne and able and willing to be based onsite Monday to Friday.
