About the Role:
As a Construction Manager, you will oversee all aspects of project management and execution, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. This role offers the opportunity to lead a team of dedicated professionals and contribute to the success of exciting landscaping ventures across Melbourne.
Key Responsibilities for the Role:
- Manage and coordinate all aspects of civil and commercial landscaping projects from conception to completion.
- Oversee project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Lead and motivate project teams, providing guidance and support to achieve project goals.
- Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders to maintain positive relationships and ensure project requirements are met.
- Work closely with Executive Teams to review and implement growth and strategice plans for VIC.
Skills & Experience:
- Qualifications in Landscape Construction, Construction Management, or related field.
- Proven experience managing civil and commercial landscaping projects from initiation to completion.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire project teams.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing project challenges.
- In-depth knowledge of construction techniques, regulations, and industry best practices.
