Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Managing key stakeholder relationships ensuring future growth of the company;
• Planning and delivering your projects to contracted delivery timeframes;
• Delivering projects within budget and identifying value throughout;
• Managing required resources to deliver projects to a high level of finish;
• Ensuring site safety and environmental compliance;
• Construction input into tendering and contract review.

The Successful Person will have demonstrated experience in the delivery of Multi Residential & Commerical Construction Projects and possess an appropriate tertiary qualification.
