Content and Social Media Manager

We're on the hunt for a Content and Social Media Manager who has an unparalleled knack for content creation, has a finger on the pulse of Social Media trends, and is ready to take our brand to the next level. • Lead Social Media strategy and content calendars for lead generation and brand growth. 
• Create brand-aligned shareable, relatable, engaging Content and copy that is tailored and relevant for each brand channel – Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn.
• Lead and execute paid ads strategy on Facebook Business Manager for targeted campaigns.
• Drive influencer marketing program for brand expansion.
• Manage the Fernwood podcast program, overseeing the content plan and strategies across Social Media and other channels.
• Collaborate with marketing, PR, and design teams for marketing strategy alignment. 
• Manage daily Social Media tasks, scheduling posts and community engagement.
• Actively source diverse content, organize shoots, and ensure brand consistency. 
• Conduct monthly audits for brand guideline alignment. 
• Provide reports on Social Media performance, pointing out what worked well, what didn't, and being ready to adjust strategies based on the results.
• Build strong relationships with franchise partners and supplier partners.

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, digital marketing or communications.
• 3+ years hands-on experience in managing and executing paid and organic Social Media strategies (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn).
• You know how to use paid advertising: Proficient experience with Meta Business Manager, Canva and Social Media scheduling platforms. – A MUST!
• Highly creative content creator with a passion for engaging content.
• Proactive go-getter! Not afraid to get out there and make it happen. 
• Expertise in developing impactful content calendars.
• Impeccable copywriting skills and strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills for collaboration with influencers, leadership, and franchise partners.
• Strong project management skills.
• Keen interest in and proactive adoption of Social Media trends.
• Genuine passion for health and fitness, with an innate understanding of what makes Aussie women tick.
