- Builder Developer based in Eastern Suburbs with years of secure Projects
- $30 - $200 million Class 2, luxury apartment builds
What's on offer:
This position will have you utilising estimating and contracting skills within the team to deliver a project that is a Class 2, luxury apartment valued at $35 million, with the next projects ranging from $30 to $200 million.
In this role you be leading the contracts team and working hand in hand Project Manager. You’ll be doing contracts, estimating and variety of other tasks taking care of all things concrete, structure, formwork, and building related. Our client has in house trade teams, taking the stress of subcontractors out of the equation aiding with more collaborative team to deliver on project timelines.
What are we looking for?
We are looking for someone that has preferably got experience working in subcontractor with concrete, formwork, structures, and or building materials. Ideally exposure to working with tier 1 or 2 head contractors with project above $20 million would help with in being success in this role.

They are located in the eastern suburbs of city where they have a strong active and future pipeline of luxury apartment projects and are looking for a Site Manager that can execute their visions.
