The opportunity

Reporting directly to the Manager, Infrastructure Advisory - Tunnels, you will provide essential support to delivery teams regarding contracts and commercial administration.

  • Stakeholder management, both internal and external
  • Assist in drafting new contracts, variations, and handling contractual correspondence
  • Ensure efficient tracking and communication of approvals among stakeholders.
  • Provide adept support as a super user of the cost management system, ensuring accurate cost allocation and efficient approval processes for Purchase Orders.
  • Collaborate on various contract lifecycle responsibilities including kick-off, delivery, and contract close-out.
  • Coordinate payment processes between Development and Finance teams to ensure compliance with contract payment terms for contractors.
  • Travel to project sites as necessary for project initiation, reviews, audits, claims management, and project close-outs.


About you

  • Proven experience supporting projects within a contracts or commercial role in a complex construction or development environment.
  • A degree or certificate in Engineering, Law, Quantity Surveying, or Business/Commerce.
  • Strong attention to detail, collaborative skills, resourcefulness, and clear communication abilities to meet project requirements and timelines effectively.
  • Authentic and genuine personality with a knack for building strong relationships with diverse personalities.
