The Role

- Experienced in Contract Administration, particularly on Design & Construct contracts.
- Well-presented with strong communication skills.
- Previous experience on similar commercial construction projects.
- Managed a variety of subcontractor packages across project lifecycles.

Are you suitable?
To be considered suitable for this role, you should meet the following criteria:
- Experience as a Contracts Administrator overseeing commercial building projects from inception to completion, including new builds and/or fit-out/refurbishment projects.
- 2-5 years of experience in the construction sector, particularly in head contracting.
- Professional appearance and a willingness to prioritise real-time face-to-face relationship building.
